I was recently at Twin Smokers BBQ with another foodie friend and was taken by surprise at how delicious their coleslaw was. As a Southerner I feel like I have had all kinds of coleslaw but this one fell right into the perfect zone of creamy, tangy, sweet, but not overly so. It was so well balanced. However, what prompted me to write is that there was something else, some extra oomph. Whether herb or seasoning blend, it made for some excellent coleslaw.
