MARTA’s Lost and Found office has been fully renovated.

If you ever had to visit MARTA's Lost and Found office before last week, you probably remember a rectangular room, not much larger than a walk-in closet, crammed with forgotten goods.

Hopefully, you’ll never lose anything again and won’t have to go back. But if you do, you’ll find a brighter, better and more user-friendly space.

The Reduced Fare and Lost and Found offices at the Five Points Station have been fully renovated, according to a recent news release.

Upgrades including increased waiting area space, expanded seating capacity and prominent signage.

It has also been outfitted with a new HVAC system, security system and individual privacy window service.

The office shares space with the reduced-fare sales office for customers buying discounted Breeze cards. Eligible senior citizens, people with disabilities and Medicare cardholders can apply for reduced fare Breeze cards at the Five Points Station and the MARTA Headquarters at Lindbergh.
