The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office is helping PALS Atlanta collect cat litter and dog and cat food and toys that will be delivered to shelters and pet owners in need.

The sheriff’s office has put boxes in the lobby of the Gwinnett County Detention Center to collect pet donations. Items will be accepted through Monday, Sept. 4, and the lobby is open 24 hours a day.
The Gwinnett County Detention Center is located at 2900 University Parkway in Lawrenceville.
