Police are looking for two people they say robbed a Kennesaw motel at gunpoint Wednesday.
A woman and a man walked into the Days Inn at 760 Cobb Place Blvd., near the Costco at Ernest Barrett Parkway and Interstate 75, about 4:10 p.m.
The man asked an employee about room rates before the the woman — armed with a revolver — demanded money from the worker, according to a Cobb County police news release.
The pair snatched the cash drawer and ran to a vehicle, which police described as a “newer model” white, four-door.
The department didn’t say how much money was in the cash drawer, but the agency usually doesn’t release the amount stolen in commercial robberies.
Cops said the woman stood about 5 feet, 7 inches and weighs 170 pounds while the man appeared about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
