Customers still waiting for Kim Zolciak's 'Kashmere' skincare

Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann loves posting pics of her family and kids to her Instagram account.

In May, the reality star posted a controversial image of her and her daughter, Brielle, teasing a then unannounced skincare collection .

A week or so later, she revealed Kashmere  -- described on the not-so-informative website as Kim's Body Renewal Spa System based on the unique combination of her favorite formulations, the Sugar Scrub and the Luxurious Skin Toning Oil.

The products come with a 30-day money back guarantee and a free candle, but other than inviting fans to make a reservation, there is no information on the actual ingredients in the products (which Zolciak-Biermann said she developed herself), what the products are supposed to do and exactly how much they cost.

The website promises the products will be available for purchase in 30-60 days and it isn't clear if the 30-60 days is being measured from when the products were announced or when you sign up for a reservation.

So when Zolciak-Biermann posted another image this weekend of her and Brielle doing a photo shoot for Kashmere, at least one customer had a question for her.

"Beautiful❤️❤️ Its been 6 weeks since you announced @kashmerekollections Do you have a date when it will be available for purchase for those of us who reserved"

The question went unanswered -- which naturally makes you wonder if the Kashmere two-step skincare system will have a similar outcome as other RHOA business ventures including:

  • The Bailey Agency School of Fashion whose most famous model is the founder Cynthia Bailey
  • The Bedroom Kandi collection of sex toys by Kandi Burress
  • Kenya Moore Haircare
  • ShereeWhitfield's She by Sheree clothing line and her fitness DVDs

...and the multitude of other products and services that were "launched" by current and former cast members from the RHOA's eight seasons on Bravo.
