Showers are expected to start Sunday and continue through Tuesday. Two to 4 inches of rain and a flood watch are possible, Channel 2 reported.

Rain chances are 70 percent for Sunday, 90 percent for Monday and 60 percent for Tuesday.

Meanwhile Atlanta reached a high of 67 degrees, despite breezy conditions, Channel 2 reported.  Currently, it’s 60 degrees.

Highs are expected to increase to 72 Saturday.

“Lower humidity today will make our afternoon feel quite pleasant,” Channel 2 meteorologist Karen Minton said.

Just watch out for pollen.

Although the count didn’t beat any records and decreased from 3,343 particles per cubic meter of air Thursday to 2,261 Friday, pollen is still in the “extremely high” range, according to Atlanta Allergy and Asthma.

This year’s high is 5,354 so far. Last year’s season high was 3,559.
