Who says there’s an offseason when it comes to college football?

The latest way-too-early top 25 list is out, and the Georgia Bulldogs have moved up in the rankings from the first way-too-early list last month.

And they moved up in the rankings based on a bunch of teenagers who have yet to put on a uniform.
