Bowl gifts have become an important measure of a bowl game.

The NCAA allows bowl games to award up to $550 in gifts to 125 members of each participating school. (Additionally, schools and conferences can award participants up $400 for postseason play.)

The Georgia Bulldogs face the Oklahoma Sooners Jan. 1, 2018, in the Rose Bowl - a College Football Playoff semifinal game.

This year’s Rose Bowl swag remains as it has for the last few seasons.

Bulldogs players will receive as gifts from the Rose Bowl: a gift suite; a Fossil watch; an Ogio backpack; and a New Era 9Fifty snapback adjustable hat. The gift suite is a private event during which players can select from a range of items from electronics to jewelry to furniture.

During last year’s trip to the Liberty Bowl against TCU, Georgia players received a Bass Pro Shops shopping trip; Oculus Pro Team HD binoculars; a Bulova watch; Nike athletic shoes, sport sandals, backpack and sunglasses; and a football.

This year’s Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl teams - Auburn and UCF - will receive $300 Vanilla Visa gift card by InComm; Ultimate Ears Wonderboom bluetooth speaker; Fossil watch; and a football from the Atlanta bowl game.
