WATCH: Baker Mayfield visits psychic, predicted to reach Super Bowl during NFL career

There’s plenty of predictions flying around about Baker Mayfield — from where the Oklahoma quarterback will be headed on draft day, to how he will perform once he puts on a uniform in the NFL.

By now, Sooners fans have heard more than their fair share of takes from experts in the media on what the future holds for the 2017 Heisman Trophy winner. Thankfully, there’s a recent opinion on Mayfield’s playing career that comes from a non-traditional source.

As seen in a Twitter video posted by @soonergridiron, Mayfield recently sat down with a psychic to get a glimpse into his future on the field.

So, what’s the verdict? Mayfield is apparently on the verge of being selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2018 NFL Draft. Better yet, a Super Bowl appearance is also in the cards — though there’s no timetable on when Mayfield will have his chance at hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.

Football fans will learn if that first prediction holds true in just less than a month. The NFL Draft will take place from April 26-28 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Of course, players are remembered for how they play more than for the team which they were drafted by, and there’s plenty of time for Mayfield to reach the NFL’s biggest stage if he finds his groove in the league.

So just remember — if Mayfield heads to Arizona this fall and reaches the Super Bowl before his career comes to an end, this psychic called it.
