Georgia Tech landed its third commitment for its 2019 recruiting class, wide receiver Zach Owens from Pope High. Owens, a three-star prospect (247 Sports composite), made his announcement Friday evening from his Twitter account.

At 6-foot-3 and 195 pounds, Owens fits the tall-and-long mold for Yellow Jackets receivers. His game video reveals soft hands and a shifty running style.

Owens had reported his offer from Tech on April 4. He had also received offers from Buffalo, Troy and South Alabama.
