6-foot-2 cornerback Walton signs with Jackets

Zamari Walton officially became a Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket when he signed his collegiate letter of intent on Wednesday.

The 6-foot-2, 160-pound Walton, a three-star prospect out of Melbourne Central Catholic in Melbourne, Fla., is rated as the 96th cornerback in the country. He committed to the Yellow Jackets on July 4, picking Tech over Vanderbilt, Cincinnati, Mercer, and Samford.
