Hawks rookie Omari Spellman returned to practice Wednesday, the team announced with several other updates to injured players.

Spellman experienced left shin soreness last month and an MRI confirmed soft tissue inflammation. Following seven days of rest, the forward is back to full basketball activity.

Justin Anderson is currently symptom free following surgery for tibial stress syndrome in his left leg on June 29, before he was traded from the 76ers to the Hawks. The guard/forward will be re-evaluated next week.

Center Dewayne Dedmon, avulsion fracture in his left ankle, and guard/forward Daniel Hamilton, right rotator cuff tear, will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
