Cordinier arrives in Atlanta, will play summer league

Isaia Cordinier, the Hawks’ second-round pick from last year, arrived in Atlanta on Thursday and will play in the team’s entry in the Las Vegas Summer League next month.

Cordinier, the 44th overall pick, played in his native France last season for Olympique Antibes of the Pro A League.

Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk said he expects draft picks John Collins and Tyler Dorsey from this year to play in summer league. Last year’s first-round picks Taurean Prince and DeAndre Bembry are also are expected to play.
