MLB’s deal with the social media platform live-streams one game per week this season – generally Wednesday afternoon games – to a global online audience.

The Braves' first appearance on Facebook this season was a midday game in Toronto. It was not met with friendly tomahawk chops from the Braves faithful. Atlanta’s second appearance on Facebook was from Washington on Aug. 9.

Today’s matchup pits the Braves’ Anibal Sanchez (6-5, 3.09 ERA) against the Giants’ Derek Holland (7-8, 3.54 ERA). The Braves thrashed the Giants, 4-1, Tuesday night behind a Mike Foltynewicz gem.
