Atlanta Public Schools on Tuesday released draft maps of proposed rezoning changes that would shift student attendance boundaries in part of the Grady High School cluster.
The school board is expected to consider a rezoning proposal Monday that would expand the North Atlanta High School cluster to include more area in what is now the northern part of the Grady attendance area.
Students in the rezoned areas who are not grandfathered in under the proposal would move from Morningside Elementary to either Garden Hills or E. Rivers elementary schools, depending on where they live.
The changes also would shift attendance zones for some addresses from Inman Middle School and Grady High School to Sutton Middle School and North Atlanta High School.
For more details about the rezoning proposal, read the story on MyAJC.com.
