Barrel rolls, nose dives and all manners of heart-stopping stunts will occur in the skies over Rome in mid-October.
The seventh Wings Over North Georgia Air Show will showcase all kinds of acrobatic aeronautical operators at the Russell Regional Airport on October 13 and 14.

Organizers said more than 80,000 people attended between the two days last year.
Among those performing this year will be Michael Goulian, who competes in Red Bull aviation competitions all over the world and is among the best.
Joining him will be two others with much better pilot names, Patty Wagstaff and Buck Roetman. Wagstaff is a member of the U.S. Aerobatic Team and has won bunches of awards for her intense moves. Roetman has three and a half decades of experience and also fabricates aircraft.

The United States Air Force will also have teams and performances, including their F-22 Raptor, their A-10 Thunderbolt and a paratrooper team.
Advance ticket prices start at $20, but there are lots of options.
