According to a police report, officers spoke to one home owner on the street who saw the man stop at a neighbor’s mailbox and take mail out. The 68-year-old woman took photos of the car and said it sped away very quickly out of the neighborhood. She gave those photos to police.

Police said the car has been seen stopping at other mailboxes in the Pine Grove area.
