Pinewood roundabout in Fayetteville will alter traffic

The city of Fayetteville is advising motorists that construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Sandy Creek Road and Veterans Parkway near Pinewood Atlanta Studios will close portions of both roads for about two weeks, starting March 26. Veterans Parkway will be closed (except to nearby residents) southbound from Eastin Road to Sandy Creek Road. Westbound traffic on Sandy Creek will be closed, requiring a detour to Eastin Road, and no lefthand turns will be allowed from Sandy Creek onto northbound Veterans Parkway. The construction timeline may vary depending on weather conditions.
