A rapper and producer around for some of West Coast rap’s most notable albums was arrested on drug charges Tuesday, according to Cobb County police and media reports.

Delmar Drew Arnaud, who performs as Daz Dillinger, faces 13 felony marijuana charges, according to Cobb jail booking records. TMZ reported his arrest just before noon Wednesday.

Officer Sarah O’Hara, Cobb police spokeswoman, said Wednesday that she didn’t know “the specifics on what probable cause the officers had to obtain the search warrant and execute it” at the home on Austell Powder Springs Road.

Arnaud, 45, is half of the hip hop duo Tha Dogg Pound, along with Kurupt. They signed with Death Row records, the partial creation of Suge Knight.

He recently told the website HipHopDX that he helped produce Dr. Dre's debut album "Chronic" and Snoop Dogg's "Doggstyle" — both considered among the best West Coast rap albums every recorded.

His Twitter account, which is linked to his Instagram, shows a link and caption to a now-defunct Instagram post sent Tuesday morning. The tweet reads: “Wake N Bake lol @ Atlanta, Georgia”

He was arrested 14 hours later.

Inside the 1,856-square-foot home, which property records show Arnuad bought in May 2017, police allegedly found a variety of marijuana products.

They claim in a warrant to have found multiple cigarillo packets containing marijuana inside a closet and another packet in a studio.

Police said they found 117 grams in all.

There were also 10 alleged THC vaporizer pods labelled as “Pure Cannabis Extract,” according to the warrant.

THC honey and a container labeled “Cannabis Lean,” which police described in the warrant as “a grape drink laced with cannabis” was also found, records show.

Arnaud posted his $15,000 bond after 15 hours in jail and was released about 3:15 p.m., jail records show. No attorney was listed in the jail record.

The day before his arrest, Arnaud continued his diss of Kanye West, which is focused around the superstar's relationship with President Donald Trump, according to Complex.

Arnaud has threatened Ye with Crip gang violence and spoken ill of his wife Kim Kardashian.
