Gwinnett police holding 2 ‘coffee with a cop’ events this month


Gwinnett County residents have two opportunities to share a cup of coffee with a police officer this month.

The Gwinnett County Police Department has scheduled two Coffee With a Cop events for March. These events are intended to bring officers and residents together for casual conversation.

The first event will be on Friday, March 16 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Beans and Butter Coffeehouse, located at 851 Oak Rd., Suite 1, in Lawrenceville. Participants will receive a free cup of drip coffee from the cafe.

The second event will be on Wednesday, March 21 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, located at 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth. The event is being held in partnership with the Rotary Club of Gwinnett County.

No RSVP is required for either event.
