Free luxury car show coming to Alpharetta for Father’s Day

The second annual "Festivals of Speed" car show is rolling into Avalon in Alpharetta on June 17, just in time for Father's Day. The event is free.

A celebration just in time for Father’s Day is rolling and roaring into Alpharetta on June 17.

That day, Avalon – the city’s mixed-use development – will host the second annual “Festivals of Speed.” The car show will feature exotic cars, motorcycles and other luxury vehicles from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Oh, and it's free. All you must do is register online.

But VIP tickets, which give guests access to a special section featuring fine foods and an open bar, cost $125.

This event was originally scheduled for May 20, but was pushed back due to inclement weather.

The show will feature cars from brands like Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Aston-Martin, Bentley, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and McLaren. Both contemporary and vintage models will be at the show.
