If the idea of getting 48 boxes of Pop Tarts at a time sounds good to you, then you should know something.
A Costco is opening soon in Woodstock, just a couple miles from the Cobb-Cherokee county line.
The warehouse store will open its doors at 113 Lincoln Street on Aug. 9, according to a company spokeswoman.
There will be giveaways for new people signing up, like cash cards of $10 to $20 along with coupons and totes.

The location will take up 154,000 square-feet and employ about 200 people, the spokeswoman said. The gas station is already open on limited hours, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Cherokee County property assessor’s records indicate the land is worth $5,836,800.
When asked why Woodstock, she said that there was “great market potential” and already an established membership base from the store in Kennesaw on Ernest W Barrett Parkway Northwest.
