Cops: Teen was totally naked in Cobb high school, propositioned female

A 17-year-old boy is facing a public indecency charge after allegedly exposing himself to a female at a Cobb County high school.

Seloncoeur Pharisien was “in a state of complete nudity” at Wheeler High School on Sept. 17, according to an arrest warrant.

The spokeswoman for the school district, which is on fall break, did not respond to multiple requests for comment Monday.

It isn’t clear from the warrant if Pharisien is a student, but a student by that name was listed as achieving the honor roll for the fall 2017 term.

And student Mitchell Fountain told Channel 2 Action News on Monday that he recognized Pharisien from the hallways. He described him as someone who kept to himself.

“It’s great to hear he was caught, that he’s not getting away free doing that,” Fountain told the station.

Channel 2 said Pharisien’s parents did not immediately respond to a call for comment Monday.

Pharisien turned himself in to authorities Thursday and posted a $2,000 bond three hours later on his misdemeanor charge, Cobb jail records show.

The alleged incident happened in the school’s media center sometime between 11:45 a.m. and 1:50 p.m., according to the warrant.

Pharisien asked the female to touch him. Then he showed her a naked picture of himself and “asked her how she felt about the image,” according to the warrant.

Kareen Revis, a parent, told Channel 2 that he found it disturbing.

“We want to protect all of our children from people like that, but I think that child needs help,” Revis said.

Pharisien’s next court date was not listed in the magistrate court’s online database.
