The temperatures and chances of rain will run hot this weekend. Toasty days will be met with the consistent minor threat of afternoon rains heading through Tuesday, say Channel 2 Action News forecasters. The first morning commute of the week is expected to be dry, but expect storms later Monday.

If the rain does cramp your plans, there's always the Southern-Fried Gaming Expo. The three-day event will have more than 300 full-sized arcade games in the Cumberland area. Read more here.

Friday: Humidity and temps are on the rise. Expect a high near 90 Friday afternoon. The chance of afternoon storms is only 20 percent.
