Cobb County residents are invited to attend the annual State of the District meeting by the Cobb County School District.

This meeting will be held at 3 p.m. July 19 in the Multipurpose Room, Rose Garden Educational Center, 1870 Teasley Drive, Smyrna.

School district officials will be discussing and gathering feedback for the District Improvement Plan, including the Title I Family and Community Engagement Policy.

Both plans detail interventions for improvement and are revised each school year, according to a CCSD statement.
