Buckets of booze filled the tents up and down Apple Valley Road for the 2016 Brookhaven Beer Fest. More than 200 beers and wines were available to sample at the event held Saturday, June 11.

The day Cobb County students were taking their final exams, Cobb cops were testing 10 businesses to see if they’d sell alcohol to minors.

Hopefully the students, like the businesses, all passed Tuesday.

Cobb police announced the results of the sting Thursday, which is the first day of summer break for many students in the county.
