Chamblee to hold series of town hall meetings

Chamblee Mayor Eric Clarkson will hold two town halls on Tuesday, July 10 and Wednesday July 18, according to a press release. These meetings will update residents on city issues that are important to the constituents of Chamblee. The meetings also will highlight the State of the City.

“It is my goal to discuss current topics of interest,” says Chamblee Mayor Eric Clarkson. “There is a lot happening in the city, and I want to update the residents as well as talk about the successes we’ve had.”

• The July 10 Town Hall meeting will be held at the Chamblee Civic Center, 3540 Broad St.

• The July 18 meeting will be held at St. Pius X Catholic High School Cafeteria, 2674 Johnson Rd NE.

• Both meetings begin at 6 p.m., are scheduled to last two hours and are open to all Chamblee residents.

“I also will update the residents on the development occurring in the city,” Clarkson adds. “There are so many new construction projects taking place. This is a very exciting time.” Residents are welcome to attend any one or both meetings.
