Braves will host watch parties at The Battery for NLDS road games

No matter where they are, SunTrust Park is the home of the Braves.

And as you would expect, the team announced that it will host watch parties while the squad is on the road. The games will be shown on the video board near the Chop House Gate.

The first game of the National League Division Series will be aired at 8:37 p.m. Thursday from Los Angeles followed by Game 2 at 9:37 p.m. Friday. The Braves return home Sunday for Game 3 of the series.

The festivities Thursday begin at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday. Food and drink kiosks will be throughout the plaza.

There will be a DJ, and the Heavy Hitters drum ensemble and ATL Breakers dancing crew will hype up the crowd between innings. Blooper and the Tomahawk Team also will be around.

Folks can take photos with unnamed Braves alumni and the 2018 NL East Championship Pennant from 8 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 to 10 p.m. Friday, according to the team's website.

The Braves store will stay open until 10 p.m. for fans to cop postseason merchandise.

Parking for the watch parties is free in the Red, Green and Purple Decks for four hours.
