Two additional suspects were arrested Wednesday and charged with murder for their alleged roles in a deadly shooting at the Barcelona Wine Bar. Four people have now been charged in the case, and Atlanta police believe all of those involved are in custody.
Early Wednesday, Terry Andre Jones was arrested at the Atlanta airport. Later Wednesday, police arrested Ira Troy Williams at the Wade Walker Park Family YMCA in Stone Mountain, police said.
“This is the fourth and final suspect linked to this case,” Officer Stephanie Brown said in an emailed statement late Wednesday.
Jones already had two outstanding arrest warrants in metro Atlanta. Then, Atlanta police identified him as the third suspect in a deadly shooting at the Barcelona Wine Bar.

But Jones wasn’t arrested until early Wednesday when he returned from a trip to Las Vegas, according to police. When the 19-year-old arrived at the Atlanta airport, he was greeted at the gate by the police department’s fugitive unit. Jones was arrested and charged with murder and armed robbery and booked into the Fulton County jail.

Wednesday afternoon, Williams, 19, was charged with felony murder. It’s the second time he’s been accused of killing someone, court records show. In a separate case on April 28, 2016, eight days after Williams turned 18, he was also charged with murder in DeKalb County. He is currently out on bond in that case.
On Nov. 19, three masked men entered the Barcelona Wine Bar in northwest Atlanta while employees were closing the restaurant, witnesses told police. The restaurant manager, Chelsea Beller, opened the safe for the suspects, but was shot in the restaurant office and died from her injuries. She was 29.
Samuel Cornelius Ott and Carlous Demar Bailey were previously arrested and charged with Beller’s murder.
Beller’s friends described her as a free-spirited, spunky woman with a kind heart and talent for running the busy restaurant. She was nicknamed “Rainbow Brite” for her ever-changing hair color.
“She lived by her heart, and loved everyone whole-heartedly,” said Lauda Rodriguez Lacayo, a longtime friend.
Beller’s death shocked the restaurant community and patrons, and Atlanta police vowed to find those responsible.
The first arrest came in December, when investigators matched blood found near the crime scene with Ott’s DNA. Ott has previously served twice in state prison and is still on parole, so the 21-year-old’s DNA was already in a criminal database, according to Atlanta police. In January, Ott was taken from the Fulton jail to state prison, where he remained Wednesday.
In January, police arrested the second suspect, Bailey, who was already in jail. Bailey, 20, also charged with murder and armed robbery, has been in the DeKalb County jail since Dec. 13, when Decatur police charged him with armed robbery in a separate case, booking records showed. He remained Wednesday in the DeKalb jail, where he was being held without bond.

in both DeKalb and Rockdale counties, booking records showed.
In Oct. 2016, Jones was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property, marijuana possession and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, DeKalb court records show. In January, a grand jury indicted Jones and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Also in January, a Rockdale County judge issued a warrant for Jones after he failed to appear in court on a traffic violation, a court clerk said Wednesday.
Jones waived his first appearance Wednesday morning and will remain in jail until his next hearing on March 14. Williams is expected to make his first court appearance Thursday morning.
