An Office Depot employee is accused of molesting a girl inside the restroom of the Smyrna store, according to police.

Eric Lashaun Walker, of Atlanta, allegedly followed the 14-year-old girl into the restroom and touched her while she wasn’t fully clothed, his arrest warrant states. The alleged assault lasted 22 seconds before Walker left the 8x8 restroom, police said.

Walker was arrested Friday night and charged with child molestation, sexual battery, cruelty to children in the first degree and obstruction, jail records showed.

“When advising the said accused that he was under arrest for child molestation and sexual battery he became upset and upon attempting to lay hands on him to cuff him, he started resisting to the point it took four officers to subdue him in the interview room,” Walker’s arrest warrant states.

He was booked into the Cobb County jail and was released Monday night after posting $35,000 bond.
