Georgia crime cases are a popular subject on true-crime podcasts.

Georgia irresistible to true-crime podcasts

A list of Georgia crime cases featured on podcasts

If you’re listening to true-crime podcasts, you’re hearing a lot about Georgia. And with the debut of “Atlanta Monster,” now you’ll be hearing a lot about Atlanta in the late 1970s. That podcast, from Atlanta-based HowStuffWorks, is the most recent project from the producers of the wildly popular “Up and Vanished,” which in its first season tackled the Tara Grinstead murder.

The explosion of true crime podcasts has introduced millions of listeners to murders and other crime cases across Georgia. Some, such as the AJC’s “Breakdown,” devote entire seasons to exploring a single case while others have covered a case in a single episode.

In no particular order, here’s a list of where to find Georgia crime in your podcast queue. We’ll update this list as we find more examples.
