A Roswell man remains in the Fulton County jail weeks after police say he threatened a woman with her son at a gas station.
Allen Drew Robinson, 28, faces a misdemeanor terroristic threat charge after allegedly threatening to kill the woman, who accused him of touching her child, according to a Roswell police report.
The 7-year-old boy was standing in line at the Alpharetta Highway Shell gas station Feb. 9 when Robinson began yelling at him, the report stated.
“(The boy) ran out of the store and told his mom the guy touched his back and yelled,” Roswell police Officer J.R. Cannon wrote in the report.
The woman confronted Robinson, who police said “immediately began jumping and yelling.”
Police said the mother went back to her car and called 911.
Authorities found Robinson at a nearby bar and arrested him. He denied knowing anything about the incident, according to the report.
Roswell police spokeswoman Lisa Holland told Channel 2 Action News there were conflicting witness reports regarding if Robinson touched the child.
