Three people have been arrested in connection with a January home invasion and robbery in Hall County in which $100,000 in cash was taken, a sheriff’s official said.

Amanda Ashley Tyson, 33, and James Glenn Tyson, 36, both of Lula, were arrested Wednesday and charged with conspiracy to commit home invasion and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Scott Ware said.

Christopher Blaine Ward, 30, of Atlanta, was arrested Friday and charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping and home invasion.

All are at the Hall County Jail, Ware said.

A fourth person, James Henry Kelley, 38, of Virginia, is at large. He is wanted on charges of home invasion, armed robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault.

According to the sheriff’s office, Ward and Kelley entered a home in the 5900 block of Chattahoochee Street in Lula on Jan. 22.

Both were armed and aimed their guns at the three victims. One of the victims was hit in the head with a handgun during the incident.

Ward and Kelley stole the money from a safe in the house, Ware said.

The victims, according to the sheriff’s office, were acquainted with Amanda Tyson.

Anyone with information about Kelley’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
