Police are looking to identify this man, who is accused of robbing a taxi driver in Dunwoody.

Police are searching for a man they say robbed a taxi driver at gunpoint.

The taxi driver told police he drove a man to The Lofts Apartments around 2 a.m. on Tuesday. The man then robbed the driver of $1,200 in cash and ran into the apartment complex on Perimeter Center East in Dunwoody, Sgt. Robert Parsons told AJC.com.

The driver was not injured, Parsons said.

Dunwoody police, based on a surveillance photo from the taxi, said the man appears to be in his 30s and has several tattoos on his arms and a full beard.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS for a reward of up to $2,000.
