‘GOLDEN LEGACY: ORIGINAL ART FROM 75 YEARS OF GOLDEN BOOKS’ AT GEORGIA TECH
This exhibition includes 65 masterpieces of original illustration art from such picture-book classics as "Tootle," "Home for a Bunny," "The Kitten Who Thought He was a Mouse" and "The Poky Little Puppy." 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday (exhibit through Sept. 7) Free. ‘SONIC PLAYGROUND: YURI SUZUKI’ AT THE HIGH MUSEUM OF ART
An installation of sound sculptures by internationally renowned designer Yuri Suzuki will feature ingenious, colorful sculptures that modify and transmit sound in unusual, engaging and playful ways. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday (Installation through Oct. 7) $14.50; free for ages 5 and younger. “IMAGINATION NIGHTS AT THE GEORGIA AQUARIUM”
Head to the Georgia Aquarium after 4 p.m. to enjoy shorter lines, smaller crowds – and a nicely reduced ticket price, with savings of over 30 percent off regular ticket prices. Imagination Night allows you to enjoy full access to the Aquarium, including the opportunity to view dolphin and sea lion presentations. Open Tuesday until 9 p.m. $26.95. Children 2 and under free.
