Coca Cola’s Executive Vice president Irial Finan will retire from his position at the company in March.
Finan who is also the current President for the company’s Bottling Investments Group, BIG will be replaced by Calin Dragan, who will begin his new role in January. Dragan currently serves as the Regional Director for BIG’s Southeast Asia and Middle East bottlers. He has also held leadership roles for the company in Asia Pacific and Europe. Dragan stated his career with the Coca-Cola system in 2003 in Romania.
In a statement, the company said Finan will continue as an executive advisor for the company until his retirement.
Coca-Cola Company president and CEO James Quincey thanked Irian for his service spanning 36 years.
Finan became president of BIG and Executive Vice President of the Coca Cola Company in 2004.
