Jake Ballard isn't the type of guy that you say "no" to.

Presidential hopeful Edison Davis will learn this in the upcoming episode of "Scandal."

Titled "Trump Car," the episode continues to draw parallels between the real-life presidential election and the one that is underway on the ABC drama.

In a preview clip, Edison calls a meeting with Jake to tell him that he will not be considering him for the position.

Jake informs Edison that he doesn't actually have a say in the matter.

"You have no choice here. You know you have no choice but, yet, your brain can't compute it," he says. "I am your Vice President, and Eli and I will drag your tired [expletive] to the White House, and you will smile and wave, and wait for us to turn you on and off, and change your batteries."

The clip ends with Edison asking Jake what will happen if he refuses to do as he is told.

Viewers will have to watch tomorrow's (May 5) episode to see how this plays out.
