"Real Housewives of Atlanta" likes to end its seasons with a party and some of the ladies rise to the occasion.
The excuse: Eva Marcille, a part-time player on the show this season, has moved to Atlanta for good and decides to hold a birthday party/costume party right before Halloween.
Easily the best and most surprising costume is Cynthia Bailey's "50 Cynt" 50 Cent outfit, which plays off her name and her age (50). She makes an impressively hot man, too.
The funniest one? NeNe Leakes waltzes in as a roach exterminator, with Gregg in tow as a roach. Yes, this is a blatant reference to Kim Zolciak's daughter Brielle and her little Snapchat "roach" video at NeNe's house.
Kim, of course, finds the costume deeply not funny. But neither NeNe nor Kim decide to confront each other during the party. That will have to happen during the reunion, which starts next Sunday and was taped last month.
Otherwise, the party focused quite a bit on Porsha Williams alienating her closest friend among the other regulars: Sheree Whitfield. How? After she left Barcelona in a huff, she texted part timer Shamea Morton not to trust any of the ladies. That also meant Sheree.
When Sheree hears this second hand, she is deeply offended. She always felt she had Porsha's back and as the only one willing to befriend Porsha this season. She decides to skip Porsha's play with Vivica A. Fox "Two Can Play That Game," which stopped at the Fox Theatre in October.
Sheree later confronts Porsha at the party about it but nothing is resolved. Porsha doesn't feel like apologizing in a group setting despite NeNe's advice for her to do so. She feels like she's apologized enough and the other women are "fake as f***." NeNe throws her hands up. She can't force Porsha to do anything. Porsha gets doubly upset when Kim intervenes.
Then Marlo "Gimme a Peach" Hampton, playing Nisi from "B.A.P.S." comes along to apologize for what she did in Barcelona. She said they were both drunk and crap happens but Porsha wasn't hearing it. She walks away and Marlo follows her around until Marlo stops.
Anyway, the season ended relatively quietly and we await the big reunion shows.

"I don't even want to talk about this b****" - Kim said in response to NeNe's costume
