Kim Zolciak knows how the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" game works. But she got tired of the confrontations and drama and left during season five. She has flourished with her spin-off family show "Don't Be Tardy" where she gets to spend copious amounts of time with her family and her home.

But Bravo clearly threw enough extra cash at her to entice her back, albeit on a part-time basis. Kim finally pops up during episode four and decides she isn't going to play nice. Her target? Kenya Moore.

She made a cameo last season and Kenya said she was there simply for "the paycheck." (Well... yah! ) So Kim already has negative feelings toward her for calling her out on what is obvious.

So when Kim hears from Sheree Whitfield that Kenya is married, she's skeptical - in a nasty way.

Later during NeNe's all-white party, Kim (ironically, the only white person ever cast on the show) pops in and starts going after Kenya.

Marlo Hampton - that husky-sounding, messy woman who desperately wanted a peach a few years back but ultimately never got one - shows up and wants to know more about Marc Daly, Kenya's husband. None of the women had met Marc yet. (He wants nothing to do with this show - at all.)

So this allowed Kim to make a face and say: "It isn't going to happen b****. He doesn't exist."

A few moments later, she adds: "It's a bunch of lies, a bunch of bulls***."

Kenya finally can't ignore Kim's hurtful words anymore and yells "Shut the f*** up!"

And she attacks hard, implying that Kim wasn't always a woman: "Why do you have such a hard on for me? Didn't they cut it off during your reassignment surgery?"

"He's as real as your hair," Kim offers.

"Worry about your butt surgery, not me," Kenya said.

"You have something to hide," Kim said.

Then Kenya said Kim was "pimping out" her daughter for John Legend tickets. (Kim did joke on social media about it but it was clearly a joke.)

At this point, Kim stands up and appears ready to attack Kenya.

And Bravo's favorite words pop up: "TO BE CONTINUED"

Other story lines:

NeNe Leakes

Good news: Gregg's medical scare last week turned out to be nothing serious. She also still wants nothing to do with Porsha Williams.

NeNe also decides to host this "all white never forget" party, whatever that means. She asked folks to bring their favorite "gays." Cynthia Bailey brought along Derek J, who has shown up on the show in the past. He complained that he was a little insulted by NeNe's theme, saying it was like a white person doing a "bring a black friend" party. NeNe insisted later she didn't mean anything negative by it.

Porsha Williams

Lauren, Porsha's sister who works as her manager and partner, still feels like she isn't being respected. She also feels like she can't tell Porsha her true feelings because she doesn't want to stress her out. And Lauren feels like if Porsha's business gets too big, she won't be needed anymore. Porsha scoffs and they make up: "This is for us," she told Lauren emotionally as they tearfully hug. "We'll do it together."

Kandi Burruss

Kandi flies to New York for an Essence magazine cover shoot and it goes well. Check out the final result:

Sheree Whitfield

Sheree is still having trouble telling her kids about how ex-husband Bob had physically and verbally abused her. (Then again, they must know something if they watched last season when Bob made some really cold jokes about it.) On the bright side, she has been approached to be an ambassador for a domestic abuse prevention non profit. And Kenya asks her to do a PSA, too, on the subject.

Cynthia Bailey

Cynthia goes on another date with Will Jones. (RELATED: who is Will Jones?) He is a little freaked out that some bloggers have already picked up on their burgeoning relationship. She tries her best to calm him down. There appears to be chemistry between the two. It's not clear if they have been dating recently. She has not posted any photos of him on her social media in a long time. (StraightFromtheA believes Will is a hired gun, ahem.)

RANDOM OBSERVATION: Why do the producers identify Lisa Wu as "NeNe's friend" on the show instead of a former cast member? She was a cast member seasons 1 and 2 but left season 3 after she wouldn't agree to story lines that the producers were pushing.

ANOTHER FLASHBACK: And Mynique, former NFLer Chuck Smith's wife, shows up again for the first time in years as a friend of NeNe's. Smith knew both Phaedra Parks and NeNe Leakes going back to their days in Athens. He apparently had dated both Phaedra and Kandi and that was a brief story line season six.
