People magazine did a piece on Westminster grad and CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin shopping for a wedding dress.

Baldwin, who moved to New York in 2014, tried out more than a dozen dresses. "It took me 36 years to find him [fiancé James Fletcher], and it was worth the wait," she told People. "Our whole plan was to get married on his dear friend's farm in England but when that fell through, we managed to find the next best thing: a beautiful barn in upstate New York. We're going for an elegant and rustic theme."

Our AJC Restaurant blog notes that Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker are adding a second Old Lady Gang restaurant after the success of the first one in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood. The second one will be in East Point.

In other RHOA-related news, RadarOnline has procured court documents revealing Sheree Whitfield's desperate efforts to get her beau out of prison. Tyrone Gilliams was sentenced in 2013 for 10 years in prison for securities and wire fraud schemes. He isn't due out until 2022. His efforts to get out earlier was nixed by the judge in March. The judge reprimanded Gilliams and Whitfield for contacting her directly via email and voicemail.
