Phaedra Parks has purchased a $1.9 million mansion in Buckhead, following recent house buys by fellow "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmates Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams.

The property features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms with more than 9,000 square feet of living space.

She purchased it very close to its selling price.

Here's how the realtor described it:

Gated, bright updated estate on two acres on one of Buckhead's most prestigious streets. Great value. Must see inside! Huge rooms. Entertainer's dream with interior views to the stunning grounds and pool. Two master suites, four fireplaces, four-car garage and additional parking. Guest house with elevator shaft built in 2000 with office level, kitchen, keeping room, bedroom and bath. Home can be anything from a soft contemporary to a traditional in decor. Inviting outdoor spaces include manicured patios, courtyards, balconies, and a gazebo. So much to love and enjoy in this prime Atlanta residence.

She closed on the property on October 14. I was able to procure her security deed and warranty deed, which are public record. Her security deed comically lists her as "Phaedra P. Nida, an unmarried woman." Her marital status seems irrelevant on a security deed.

Nida is her imprisoned husband Apollo's last name. She paid about 25 percent upfront with the remaining $1,432,500 on a 30-year mortgage.

The home is about four miles from Kenya Moore's house and Sheree Whitfield's still unoccupied so-called "Chateau Sheree."

Here are some interior and exterior shots of Parks' home as decorated very traditionally by the prior homeowner:
