Georgia native and season 11 "American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips will be headlining a Christmas benefit concert in Gainesville December 9 for  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

It will be held at Brenau University's Pearce Auditorium from 8 to 10 p.m. Tickets range from $30 to $200.

Sam Woolf from "Idol" season 13 will also be there, along with "America's Got Talent' singer Svet.

Carrie Underwood expressed doubts about kids to Redbook before she had Isaiah.

“I was always like, ‘I don’t know about kids. I’m not sure. I think we’re fine. We have a good life. Why would we go messing with it,'” Underwood said.

“It was true, and I think a lot of people feel like that. But he’s the missing piece I didn’t know I was missing,” she said of her little boy.
