Good news for the duct-tape business: CBS's "MacGyver" is returning for a third season.

The show, shot in metro Atlanta, stars Marietta's Lucas Till as MacGyver along with "CSI" vet George Eads.

Deadline.com noted that the revived "MacGyver' draws a solid 8.5 million viewers a week and has done well internationally.

CBS also renewed its fellow Friday shows "Hawaii Five-O" and "Blue Bloods." Other shows getting cleared: "Bull," "NCIS: New Orleans," "NCIS: Los Angeles," "Madam Secretary," "Survivor," "The Amazing Race," "60 Minutes" and "48 Hours." Six other shows had previously gotten a thumbs up for 2018-19: "The Big Bang Theory," "Young Sheldon," "Mom," "NCIS," "SEAL Team," and "S.W.A.T."

This leaves several CBS shows "on the bubble," including "Criminal Minds," "Instinct," "Life in Pieces," "Kevin Can Wait," "Man With a Plan," "Superior Donuts" and 'Scorpion."
