Freckles (real name Emily Raines) is leaving 94.9/The Bull after seven years as producer of the Jason Pullman and Kristen Gates morning show.

She made the announcement today on air.

Freckles grew up in Powder Springs and attended Georgia Tech so this is her first major departure from Atlanta. She left Tech with one semester to go to join the Bull, where she started as an intern.

"You are like a little sister for both of us," Pullman said. Gates, who has been with the station for nearly a decade and has gone through cancer and a divorce, was tearful as they wished her off.

They didn't identify which country station in Seattle Freckles is joining. The market has two major FM country stations: Entercom's 100.7/The Wolf and Hubbard's Country 98.9, which doesn't appear to have any on-air personalities. I heard from a good source that she is going to work at the Wolf.

Pullman said she will be using her real name Emily Raines in Seattle.

Cassidy Proctor, a former radio personality on Star 94.1, gave birth live on a St. Louis radio station 106.5 The Arch.

She worked with Star 94.1 in 2015 through 2016, first as part of a morning show, then briefly in afternoons. Her former Star colleague Drex Rener now works in mornings at B98.5. Steve Tingle now works at a classic rock station in Chicago the Drive.

Proctor had a Caesarian. Her seven pound six ounce baby boy arrived around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday during morning drive-time. A nurse held up a phone while it happened.

"She was all about it," program director Scott Roddy told The Riverfront News. "She shares everything. That's who she is."
