Kelsey Grammer returns to scripted TV with Amazon's "The Last Tycoon" Friday which also stars Matt Bonner.

Bonner plays Monroe Stahr, a gifted young movie executive, in the latest adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's unfinished novel about Old Hollywood. Grammer is his boss. Reviews, so far, have been decidedly mixed.

Two new supernatural dramas will face off on broadcast TV on Monday: "Midnight, Texas" on NBC facing off against ABC's "Somewhere Between" at 10 p.m.

And HBO talks to Princess Diana's children 20 years after he death Monday as well.

And Rick Ross joins two others to try to shepherd future R&B and hip hop stars through the paces in Atlanta on VH1's "Signed" Wednesday.

MONDAY

"America Ninja Warrior" 8 p.m. NBC — The top 30 competitors from the Los Angeles Qualifier tackle the City Finals course, which features the Salmon Ladder, Stair Hopper, Swinging Peg Board and Elevator Climb.

"The Bachelorette" 8 p.m. ABC — Rachel heads home to Dallas with the final three men so they can meet her family.

"So You Think You Can Dance" 8 p.m. Fox — "The Academy" callbacks continue.

"Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" 8 p.m. VH1 (fourth season debut) — Keyshia Cole confronts unresolved issues with her estranged husband.

"Preacher" 9 p.m. AMC— When the Saint finally corners the trio, Jesse makes a risky deal with the killer Cowboy. Jesse races against the clock to save Tulip and Cassidy.

"Will" 9 p.m. TNT — Marlowe introduces Will to London's decadent elite, but macabre developments unfold. Meanwhile, Alice is disillusioned, and Will fights for all that he holds dear.

"Alien Sharks: Stranger Fins" 10 p.m. Discovery — Dr. Craig O'Connoll travels to the Bass Strait for sawsharks, while Victoria Elena Vasquez and Dr. David Ebert go into deep water in Tokyo Bay to find a goblin shark during Shark Week.

"Diana, Our Mother" 10 p.m. HBO — Nearly 20 years after her death, Princess Diana's sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, recall their mother's influence on their lives, her public persona and her humanitarian work as they leaf through a private family album.

"Daytime Divas" 10 p.m. VH1 — Is Mo gone for good? Doubtful.

"Midnight, Texas" 10 p.m. NBC (new series) — Locals from a Texas town try to fight off supernatural beings, violent biker gangs, suspicious cops and more.

"Somewhere Between" 10 p.m. ABC (new series) — A serial killer strikes close to home for a news producer, who gets to go back in time one week prior to the string of murders in the series premiere of this thriller about a woman trying to change fate and stop a killer.

"People of Earth" 10:30 p.m. TBS (second season debut) — Ozzie tries to get the group back together.

TUESDAY

"America's Got Talent" 8 p.m. NBC — Johns Creek's Angelica Hale made it straight to the live shows last week.

"Animal Kingdom" 8 p.m. TNT — Cops press Amy about the church robbery as Pope attempts to divert their suspicions.

"The Haves and the Have Nots" 9 p.m. OWN — Katheryn attempts to help Hanna deal with a family tragedy.

"Being Mary Jane10 p.m. BET — Distrustful of Justin after Kara's firing, Mary Jane tries to make it work with Lee, but resisting Justin is undermining her performance in the coveted co-anchor spot of the morning show.

"Sharks and the City: New York10 p.m. Discovery — For decades, great white shark numbers have declined in the waters around New York.

"Shooter10 p.m. USA — Bob Lee investigates the terrorist attack that may have targeted his Marine unit.

WEDNESDAY

"Masterchef" 8 p.m. Fox — The Top 15 participate in a mystery-box challenge in which they randomly select a different body part of a cow and use it as the main ingredient of a dish. Those who didn't impress the judges face off in an elimination challenge.

"Salvation" 9 p.m. CBS — Darius must accelerate his plan to stop the asteroid before the Pentagon shuts him down.

"Signed" 9 p.m. VH1 (new series) — Music moguls Rick Ross, the-Dream and Lenny S bring the hottest up-and-coming hip-hop and R&B artists to Atlanta.

"Suits" 9 p.m. USA — Louis and Harvey wrangle with new firm dynamics; Mike's latest success brings him unexpected new business; and Rachel's leadership is challenged by an insubordinate associate.

"Devil Sharks" 10 p.m. Discovery — In honor of Shark Week, Dr. Mike Heithaus dives into volcanoes to find out why sharks congregate and concentrate around volcanoes and volcanic islands.

"Queen Sugar" 10 p.m. OWN — Ralph Angel's confession continues to cause unrest and his appeal to Darla for emotional support conflicts with Charley's wishes. Plus, Nova learns something surprising about Violet.

"Snowfall" 10 p.m. FX — Franklin and Leon deal with the thief; Teddy goes to extreme measures to protect the CIA; and Lucia and Gustavo connect in the aftermath of the previous night.

"Younger" 10 p.m. TV Land — Liza hunts for a new romance author, which brings her closer to Charles. Elsewhere: Maggie slashes an art competitor.

"So Sharp" 10:02 p.m. Lifetime (new series) — Todd Sharp, coach of the University of Louisville Ladybirds dance team, is determined to repeat as national champions.

THURSDAY

"Boy Band" 8 p.m. ABC — Iconic movie songs are performed by the contestants.

"Hollywood Game Night" 8 p.m. NBC — Celebrities are Michael Bolton, Ne Yo, Nick Lachey, Vanessa Lachey, Chris Parnell and JB Smoove.

"Battle of the Network Stars " 9 p.m. ABC — Cops vs. TV sitcom stars.

"Flip or Flop Atlanta " 9 p.m. HGTV — Ken and Anita buy a pricey fixer-upper in Atlanta's Beltline area.

"Shark Exile " 9 p.m. Discovery — Dr. Hazin has successfully reduced the number of shark encounters by simply catching and moving sharks out to open sea. He comes to Shark Week to try this solution in Australia, where encounters are a problem.
