Atlanta production casualty: USA's 'Satisfaction' cut after two seasons

USA Network has cancelled "Satisfaction" after two seasons.

The Hollywood Reporter broke the story.

The relationship drama, which starred Matt Passmore and Stephanie Szostak, was shot at EUE Screen Gems. It drew modest ratings for USA its first season but managed to get picked up for a second season.

The show was not set in any particular city so it did not highlight Atlanta in any obvious way.

Last fall, after being moved to Friday nights, "Satisfaction" averaged a modest 860,000 viewers per episode, counting DVR usage up to a week. That made it only the 36th most popular prime-time show shot in Atlanta.

This announcement came just a month after another Atlanta-shot show MTV's "Finding Carter" was nixed after two seasons.
