The Commodores kick off 2018 season at 'The Fred' in Peachtree City


The Commodores will kick off the 2018 concert series at Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater.

The storied R&B-soul group revered for classics including “Easy” and “Three Times a Lady,” will play The Fred at 8 p.m. April 13. Bogey and the Viceroy will open.

This is the first show announced for the upcoming season at the Peachtree City venue. The rest of the schedule will be unveiled next week; tickets for the series will go on sale at noon March 10, and individual concert ticket at noon March 17 via www.ticketalternative.com, www.amphitheater.org and by calling 1-877-725-8849. Prices are TBA.

The Commodores are currently comprised of William “WAK” King, Walter Orange and James Dean “J.D.” Nicholas.
