Jermaine Dupri and Cameo are among the honorees at this year's Bounce Trumpet Awards, the annual event that celebrates African-American achievements and contributions.

The ceremony will take place on Jan. 20 at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre and air on Bounce at 9 p.m. Feb. 11.

In addition to Atlanta music visionary Dupri, who has worked with everyone from Jay-Z to Aretha Franklin to Janet Jackson, and "Word Up!" hitmakers Cameo, this year's honorees also feature Richelieu Dennis, Tamika Mallory, Marley Dias, Dr. Lonnie Johnson and Rhyon Brown.

Dupri will receive the Music Innovation Award and Cameo this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

Actors Larenz Tate ("Power") and Erica Ash ("In Contempt") will host the event.

The performance lineup includes Doug E. Fresh, Keke Wyatt, Anthony Hamilton, Bow Wow, Sir the Baptist, Arrested Development, Estelle, Bilal, Big Daddy Kane and Carl Thomas, while CeeLo Green, Omar Gooding and Angell Conwell are among the presenters.

The Trumpet Awards were founded in 1992 by American civil rights leader Xernona Clayton and acquired by Bounce in 2016.
