The Imagine Music Festival is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a mega-lineup toplined by Armin Van Buuren, Alesso, Galantis, RL Grime, Zeds Dead and special guest: Adventure Club.
For its first couple of years, Imagine was an upstart playing alongside the massive international EDM brand of TomorrowWorld.
But since that festival dissolved into a puddle of mud after a disastrous 2015 experience , Imagine has evolved into one of the nation’s top electronic dance music and camping events.
It will return to Atlanta Motor Speedway for the third consecutive year, Sept. 21-23.
In addition to the top tier artists – more will be announced closer to the dates – about 40 more acts will present their music on four stages, including 12th Planet; Bear Grillz: Liquid Stranger; Riot Ten; Zaxx; GRiZ; ZHU; Cashmere Cat; Shpongle (Simon Posford DJ set); Ekali; Eoto; Lotus; Green Velvet; Oliver Heldens; special guest: Noisia; Boogie T & Squnto; Chocolate Puma; EDX; Joker; Koan Sound; Shlump; Paul Oakenfold; Gabriel Dresden; DJ Dara; IV Lab; Bryson Taylor; and DaddyDough.
Tickets for the 18 and older event are on sale now starting at $219 for a three-day pass and $285 for a three-day pass with camping. VIP passes are $360 for a three-day pass and $479 for a three-day pass with camping. Tickets can be purchased at www.imaginefestival.com.
Imagine is produced by Iris Presents, founded by Atlanta’s Glenn and Madeleine Goodhand . They’ve considered attendees’ requests and have added more camping activities and services; additional entry and exit gates; an improved VIP area; and more custom stage designs.
The aquatic theme that has been attached to Imagine will return as well, in the forms of aquatic creatures, dancers, art, workshops and the return of the Imagine pool.
