Fetty Wap to play UGA in April

Fetty Wap is ready to say "Hey, what's up, hello" to the people of Athens this month.

The "Trap Queen" rap artist will perform at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 26 at UGA's Stegeman Coliseum according to Online Athens.

Tickets for students are $10 will go on sale for students at 10 a.m. this Wednesday, April 6. Tickets for non-students are $20 and will go on sale Monday, April 11.

Fetty Wap, whose given name is Willie Maxwell II, secured a record deal after the success of "Trap Queen" in 2015.

He also garnered attention late last year after throwing $2,000 onto a crowd at a mall in his native New Jersey .

Rappers who previously performed at UGA include Ludacris, Big Sean and Kendrick Lamar.
